(June 11, 2013) Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Ray Mabus delivers remarks at a ship naming ceremony for the Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer, the future USS Paul Ignatius (DDG 117). During the event Mabus said the ship will sail every ocean in the world and will be a reminder of the experience and wisdom of its namesake, former SECNAV Paul Ignatius.
