Gen. Edward C. Cardon, for appointment to the rank of lieutenant general and for assignment as commanding general, U.S. Army Cyber Command, Fort Belvoir, Va.  Cardon is currently serving as commanding general, 2nd Infantry Division, Republic of Korea.               Army Brig. Gen. Flora D. Darpino, for appointment to the rank of lieutenant general and for assignment as the judge advocate general, U.S. Army, Washington, D.C.  Darpino is currently serving as commanding general/commandant, Judge Advocate General's Legal Center and School, Charlottesville, Va.              Army Brig. Gen. Thomas E. Ayres for appointment to the rank of major general and for assignment as the deputy judge advocate general, Washington, D.C.  Ayres is currently serving as commanding general, U.S. Army Legal Services Agency, Arlington, Va.
