Benefit Training for Same-Sex Partners and Children Begins 06/04/2013 12:26 PM EDT The Navy will begin training for leadership and support elements to be ready to provide eligible benefits to same-sex domestic partners of service members and their children beginning August 31.   Update your subscriptions, modify your password or email address, or stop subscriptions at any time on your Subscriber Preferences Page.
