FALEOLO, Samoa (June 17, 2013) Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Ray Mabus is briefed on progress at the construction site of a Department of Defense-funded hospital in Faleolo, Samoa. The hospital's construction is being overseen by U.S. Naval Facilities (NAVFAC) and is an example of U.S. Navy efforts that increase maritime security, provide humanitarian assistance and enable interoperability.
