Moore, Okla., May 23, 2013 -- This is a dome storm shelter and is the only structure still standing undamaged in this area after the deadly May 20 tornado destroyed all the homes in the neighborhood. According to neighbors, the owners did not get into it in time and were rescued with injury from the debris of their home.
