"Just as responsible citizens living in hurricane-prone areas are preparing by refining their evacuation plans and pulling together a disaster supply kit, FEMA and its interagency partners, including the U.S. Northern Command, are preparing to respond in the event of a major hurricane or other complex catastrophe in the homeland."
