DOD Identifies Army Casualty 06/12/2013 04:40 PM CDT IMMEDIATE RELEASE No. 430-13 June 12, 2013 DOD Identifies Army Casualty             The Department of Defense announced today the death of a soldier who was supporting Operation Enduring Freedom.              Staff Sgt. Jesse L. Thomas Jr., 31, of Pensacola, Fla., died June 10, in Helmand, Afghanistan.
