CALIFORNIA'S 129TH RESCUE WING AIRMEN ACHIEVE MILESTONE 1000TH SAVE

MOFFETT FEDERAL AIRFIELD, Calif. (5/24/13) - The 129th Rescue Wing has saved its 1,000th life. The millennial milestone was reached on May 18, 2013, when aircrews and pararescuemen from the 129th Rescue Wing, deployed to Afghanistan, rescued an Afghan national policeman who had suffered a gunshot wound.
