OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahomans in Cleveland, Lincoln, McClain, Oklahoma and Pottawatomie counties affected by the recent severe storms and tornadoes can now apply for assistance from the state of Oklahoma and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
